Myles Woloshyn

PRESIDENT & CEO
TURBO DRILL INDUSTRIES, INC.

With a passion for creating a company that would evolve with the industry, and bring solutions that met its ever-changing needs, Myles founded Turbo Drill Industries in 2007 to bring revolutionary technologies to the downhole drilling industry.

Turbo Drill focuses on the design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly and services of downhole drilling tools that carry strength, reliability, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.

Myles has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Prior to foundingTurbo Drill, he held several leadership positions at National Oilwell Varco and Wenzel Downhole Tools and other service companies. Myles has extensive experience in both international and domestic oil and gas markets.

Sheldon Ritchie

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
TURBO DRILL INDUSTRIES, INC.

Sheldon has over 20 years in the Oil and Gas Industry and has specialized in the manufacturing, research, and development of drilling tools and products since 1995. He joined Turbo Drill Industries in 2008, and before that, Sheldon worked for API Valve & BOP Services, KW Downhole Tools, and Wenzel Downhole Tools all based out of Edmonton Alberta.

In 2000 Sheldon received a Canadian Red Seal Machinist diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Danny Childers

VICE PRESIDENT
SCOUT DRILLING TECHNOLOGIES

Danny Childers has been in the oil and gas industry for close to 25 years. His career in the industry began in 1997 where he started at Leam as a Marketing Representative. In 2008 he became Vice President of Business Development and expanded Leam's sales regions to include every major oil and gas play in the Continental USA. In 2015 Danny became President of Leam Drilling Services and remained in that position until 2020.

Danny received his degree in Business Management from Sam Houston State University. After receiving his degree, Danny worked as a commodity broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange until becoming an independent broker.

Kalon Kaenen

U.S. OPERATIONS MANAGER
SCOUT DRILLING TECHNOLOGIES/SCOUT DOWNHOLE

Kalon has over 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry. He started his career in Alaska for Nabors Alaska Drilling, then moved to the states to begin his directional drilling career. He worked for Cathedral Energy Services as a DD Coordinator and became the District Manager for the Rockies. Shortly thereafter, he became the District Manager over Houston and the Rockies. Kalon ran both districts for Cathedral Energy Services until moving on to LEAM.

Kalon was the Rockies Operations Manager for LEAM Drilling Services before joining Scout Drilling Technologies/Scout Downhole as the US Operations Manager.

Francisco Borjas

U.S. CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Francisco has 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has held engineering, and management positions focused on providing drilling solutions. Francisco joined Turbo Drill in 2017, and in his current role, he leads a team that develops and grows major corporate accounts in complex drilling environments.

Before joining Turbo Drill, Francisco worked for Schlumberger D&M where he worked in drilling automation engineering, DD operations management, and in-house technical sales roles in the USA and Mexico.

Francisco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering with a minor in Applied Robotics from The Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM)
